Hockley Invest in Temperature Controlled Inspection Room

Halesowen-based engineering firm Hockley Pattern & Tool has invested in a new state-of-the-art Temperature Controlled Inspection Room.

The Lodgefield Road firm, which was founded in 1979 by the Gwynfor Williams (Jim) father of current managing director Gareth Williams, is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of jigs, fixtures, tools and mould tools for the aerospace and automotive industries.

It has invested in a Temperature Controlled Inspection Room to expand its current inspection capacity.

Hockley Pattern & Tool boasts an impressive list of clients, in both the aerospace and automotive sector, having supplied the likes of Rolls Royce, Triumph Structures, Spirit Aerosystems, GE Aviation, Bombardier, GKN, Bentley, BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.

The new Inspection Room is supplied and fitted by Interior & Facility Contracts Ltd also from the Midlands who have done previous projects for Tier 1 customers including Rolls Royce.
